Isle Maurice, or Mauritius, is a small island nation located in the Indian Ocean, east of Madagascar. It is known for its beaches, lagoons, and coral reefs, making it a popular tourist destination. The official language is English, but French and Creole are also widely spoken. The island has a population of approximately 1.3 million people and its economy is largely based on tourism, sugar, and textiles.
